Participation Score

We match leads with Network partners based on two key components: Ideal Customer Profile and Participation Score. EHub uses a participation score to ensure fairness and reward commitment among our clients. There are several actionable items that can impact your participation score. These include:

  1. Referring qualified leads to the Network
  2. Increasing monthly shipment volume through eHub
  3. Utilizing eHub’s preferred carriers

The participation score is used in an “extra credit” model, where high scores in each of these categories can bump up your percentage match, allowing you to be put in front of more leads. 

Quarterly Business Reviews

We ask that partners participate in a short meeting once a quarter to facilitate regular communication with our team. Each meeting provides time to touch base on the partnership, learn about the status of leads, discuss new features, and get feedback on what we could be doing better.

LEAD LIFECYCLE

Receiving Leads

Our leads are sourced through a variety of channels. If they choose to engage with eHub we conduct a brief discovery call to gather key details about their business and better understand the specific fulfillment support they require. From there, we input the lead's product type, any specific fulfillment requirements, SKU count, and monthly order volume into our platform. This allows us to further tailor our approach and ensure we match their needs with the appropriate solutions.

Once the details are entered, our platform automatically identifies and recommends the top three best-fit 3PL providers for the lead, ensuring a seamless and efficient matching process. We always review matches before sending them to our partners, ensuring that there is still that element of human touch. 

The lead then receives an email with the name, location(s), and meeting link for each of the three 3PL providers they’ve been matched with. Typically, leads are placed with a 3PL within 24 hours of their initial call with our network team, ensuring a quick and efficient process. 

You will receive an email notifying you of new matches through our platform. These leads will appear in the “Matched” tab with the newest prospects placed on top. By clicking the merchant’s name you open their profile and have access to their contact information and 3PL requirements. If the lead is not a good fit for your company, click “not interested” and the lead will re-enter our matching queue. When a lead starts to ship with your company, mark them as “Live Shipping” and they will appear in your “Shipping” tab.

Referring Leads

A major part of the Participation Score is the number of qualified leads you refer to eHub. Refer leads through our platform by logging in and clicking “refer lead” on the Network Performance dashboard. This will open a table where you input their contact information so our team can reach out and help them find a fulfillment solution. We accept a large variety of leads because of the vastness of our network, it is what allows us to help many different 3PLs.
