Easily void shipping labels in eHub Ship—whether single or multiple. Learn when and how to cancel labels, update order statuses, and keep shipments on track without deleting the order.
Voiding shipping labels in eHub Ship is quick and easy, but there are a few important things to keep in mind:
-
Only labels created in eHub Ship can be voided.
-
USPS labels must be voided within 30 days, and refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
-
Voiding a label does not delete the order—it cancels the label and updates the order status.
