Scan to Verify is a powerful feature in eHub Ship that helps streamline your order fulfillment process and minimize costly errors. By reducing human error, it improves efficiency and saves both time and money.

It also enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely deliveries—boosting your reputation and bottom line.

How to Use Scan to Verify

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Connect your barcode scanner to the shipping computer.

  2. Open eHub Ship, then scan an order number.

    • The cursor does not need to be in any specific location.

  3. The scanned order will automatically open in eHub Ship.

  4. Begin scanning SKUs or barcodes:

    • If a barcode is unassociated with a SKU, you can add it in the Inventory section.

  5. As you scan:

    • Verified products will be visually marked inside the order page.

    • A green progress bar will fill as the order is verified.

    • Each correct product will be highlighted green.

  6. If an error occurs (e.g., duplicate scan or wrong item), an error message will appear explaining the issue.
