Manually Adding HS Codes to an Order

Open the international order in eHub Ship.

Locate and click Edit next to “Missing Harmonized System (HS) Code.”

Open the dropdown under HARMONIZED SYSTEM (HS) CODE.

If you know the HS Code, enter it directly.

If not, type a description of the item to search for the appropriate code.

Once selected, click Save.
Note: Assigning an HS Code here also updates the product in your inventory, ensuring it automatically applies to future orders containing this item.
Automating HS Codes Using eHub Ship Inventory
Save time and avoid manual entry by assigning HS Codes directly to products in your inventory.

Go to Inventory from the left-hand navigation bar.

Select the product you’d like to update.

Under HARMONIZED SYSTEM (HS) CODE:

Enter the code if you know it.

Or search by item description to find the right one.

Click Save.
Note: The code is now tied to the product and will auto-populate in all future orders containing it.
