Download invoices, statements and receipts. **Before you start:** You need **Owner** access. ### **See Your Transactions** 1. Go to **Finance → Payments → Transactions**. 2. Click **Cash** or **Credit**. 3. Set the dates. 4. Want only one kind? Pick it in **Select Transaction Type**. ### **Find a Transaction** 1. Type a transaction ID, shipment ID or tracking number in the search bar. 2. Click the arrow at the right end of the search bar. 2. Click **+ New Search Filter**. 3. Pick a filter: **Transaction ID**, **Carrier**, **Tracking Number** or **Shipment ID**. 4. Type or pick what you're looking for. 5. Need more than one filter? Add another. Pick **All** to match every filter, or **Any** to match at least one. 6. Part of a number won't work. For Carrier, you can pick is or is not. To start over, click the × in the search bar. Search only looks inside the dates you picked. ### **Download a Report** 1. Click the **Export** icon (the arrow above the list). 2. Pick **Export Selected**, **Export Current Page** or **Export All Records**. 3. Want shipment details? Check **Include Shipment Detail in Export**. 4. Click **Export**. We email you a download link. Need everything? Use **Export All Records**. Go to **Finance → Payments → Documents**. 2. Pick a document type and dates. 3. Open your **User Settings**. 2.
