# Subscriptions

Your eHub plans and any bill that's due are in the Subscriptions section.

**Before you start:** You need **Owner** access. Go to **Finance → Payments → Wallet**.

### **Pay a Bill**

1. Click **Pay Now**.
2. That's it. We charge the credit card shown in the Subscriptions section right away.

### **Change Your Plan**

1. Click **Change Plan**.
2. Pick your new plan.

### **Change the Credit Card That Pays**

1. In the Subscriptions section, click **⋮** and then **Payment Method**.
2. Click Select on the credit card you want.

- One credit card pays for all your plans.
- Plans can only be paid by credit card, not a bank account.

### **If a Payment Fails**

1. Read the email or the banner to see why it failed.
2. Update your credit card or pick a new one.
3. Click **Pay Now**.

**Fix it fast.** If the bill isn't paid, your plan is turned off and you may not be able to ship.

Bills are made 5 days before they're due. If a payment fails, we try your credit card again for a few days.
