SKU Aliases and Inventory Sync

A SKU Alias links two or more SKUs to represent the same physical product across multiple e-commerce platforms. This ensures inventory levels stay accurate, even when different SKUs are used on different stores.

When SKU Aliases are configured and Inventory Write-Back is enabled, inventory changes are automatically synchronized across all connected stores. In order details, aliased SKUs will appear as the master product.

Step 1: Set Up SKU Aliases

  1. Navigate to the Inventory tab.
  2. Locate the Master Product (the SKU you want displayed in the order details).
  3. Under SKU Aliases, click the Add SKU button.
