Shipment Reports

The Shipment Report in eHub provides an easy-to-use tool to monitor and manage your shipments within any date range you choose. Below is how to access it and get the most value from its features.

How to Access the Shipment Report

  1. Log into app.hub.com
  2. Navigate to API > Shipping > Shipments to open the Shipment Report. 

Using Filters to Customize Your Report


You can tailor the report to show just the data you need. Here are the filtering options available:

1. Company Selector
Displays the company or sub-account for which the report is being generated. Click the dropdown to select a different account.

2. Filters Panel

Use these filters to customize your report:

  • Status: Filter shipments by their current status (e.g., “shipped”).
  • Created Date: Filter by the date the shipment record was created in the system.
  • Shipped Date: Specify the date range when shipments were sent.
  • Delivery Date: Filter by the date range when shipments were delivered.
  • Invoice #: Enter an invoice number to narrow down results to shipments associated with that specific invoice.
  • Text Filter: Enter keywords to search for specific shipment details.

3.  Downloading Your Report

  • After applying the desired filters, click the CSV button to download the data.
  • Use the exported file for record-keeping, detailed analysis, or sharing with your team.

Understanding the Report Columns

Here’s a quick breakdown of the columns included in your Shipment Report:

  • Account Reference: An internal code linked to the shipment for easy tracking.
  • Status: The shipment’s current state, such as “shipped” or “in transit.”
  • Created At: When the shipment record was created.
  • Ship Date: The date the shipment was sent.
  • Delivery Date: The date the shipment reached its destination.
  • Carrier: The shipping provider handling the delivery (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
  • Service: The type of shipping service used, such as ground or express.
  • Tracking Number: A unique identifier to track the shipment’s journey.
  • Order Number: The order number associated with the shipment.
  • Label Text1 and Label Text2: Custom fields for additional shipment details.
  • Shipping Cost: The total shipping cost for the shipment.
  • Meter Cost: The amount charged to the meter for this shipment.
  • Return Shipment: Indicates whether the shipment was a return.
  • Parcel Weight: The weight of the shipment’s parcel.
  • Postal Code: The destination postal code.
