Scales in eHub Ship

Requirements

• An active Professional, Premium, or Enterprise subscription.
• QZ Tray installed (no additional software is required).
• Scales can connect via USB or Bluetooth.

Setup Instructions

1. Log in to app.ehub.com
2. Go to Settings (bottom-left corner).
3. Select QZ Tray.
4. From the dropdown, choose your connected scale.

• A green dot indicates the scale is connected.
• A red dot means the scale is not connected. 

Using the Scale on Orders

• On the Order Details page, toggle the scale switch on to capture a live weight.
• When enabled:
  
  • The weight displays in blue.

• • Live weight overrides any weight pulled from your store or inventory.
• Toggle the switch off to stop using the scale.
