Managing Your eHub Ship Subscription

This guide simplifies managing your eHub Ship subscription, whether you’re starting a new one or updating an existing one.

Note: Only account owners can update subscription plans and billing information.

Steps to Manage Your Subscription

  1. 1. Navigate to “Settings” then “Subscriptions” within the eHub Ship interface.
  2. 2. Choose the subscription level that best suits your needs. Opting for an annual plan provides a discount. During your trial, you can freely change your plan to explore different features. Visit our pricing page: Pricing for details on each subscription level.
  3. 3. Configure your payment method by going to “Payments” on the left-hand side of the interface. Here you can add or modify your payment details. Once your first invoice is generated, you can view it in the “History” section. We send account owners email reminders before a new billing cycle begins, allowing you to adjust your subscription if needed. If you need to modify a generated invoice, contact our support team.
