Paying For Your eHub Ship Subscription

This guide explains how to manage your eHub Ship subscription, whether you’re just getting started or updating your plan.

Note: Only account owners can update subscription plans and billing information.

Steps to Manage Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscriptions in eHub Ship.

    • Choose the plan that fits your needs.

    • Annual plans include a discount.

    • During your trial, you can switch plans at any time to explore features.

    • For plan details, visit our Pricing page.

  2. Set up your payment method.

    • Go to Payments on the left-hand menu.

    • Add or update your payment info.

    • After your first invoice is created, you can view it under History.

    • We’ll send email reminders before your billing cycle renews so you have time to make changes.

  3. If you need to change an existing invoice, have questions, or want to cancel your subscription, email support@ehub.com or reach out via chat or phone, depending on your subscription level.
