About the Pay-per-Lead Subscription
The Pay-per-Lead (PPL) Subscription gives 3PLs of all sizes equitable access to eHub Network’s lead referral program.
With PPL, you can grow your business by receiving access to high-quality merchant leads that align with your specialties and fulfillment strengths.
This plan is specifically designed for 3PLs with fewer than 500 monthly shipments through eHub contracts, enabling smaller providers to compete effectively for new business.
Eligibility
The PPL plan is available for:
- 3PLs on eHub Network shipping fewer than 500 shipments per month via eHub contracts
- Other logistics providers seeking to scale their business using eHub’s targeted lead program
This plan is ideal for growing 3PLs seeking new merchant leads without high minimum-volume requirements.
How the Pay-per-Lead Subscription Works
1. Sign Up for the PPL Plan
- See instructions in the Getting Started section below.
2. Complete Your Company Profile
- Enter details such as product specialties, fulfillment capabilities, and contact information.
- Save your profile to maximize the quality and relevance of lead matches.
3. Activate Subscription

Pay the $20/month SaaS subscription fee to begin receiving leads.
4. Receive Lead Proposals

Active subscribers receive email notifications when new leads are proposed.

Leads appear in the Pending section of the Network tab (left-hand navigation).

5. Lead Decision Window
-
You have 48 hours to accept or decline each lead.

A countdown timer displays the time remaining to act (hover or click the lead to view).

If no action is taken within 48 hours, the lead is released and reassigned.
6. Purchase a Lead

Select a lead from your Pending list and review its details before purchasing.

Click Purchase to open the confirmation window.

Confirm details and payment information before proceeding.

Upon purchase, a $100 invoice is generated and charged automatically to your saved payment method.

Getting Started
If you are not currently a Network member:

Navigate to Settings → Subscriptions.

Click Contact Sales to express interest in the Pay-per-Lead plan.
If you are an existing Network member:

Go to Settings → Subscriptions.

Click Change Plan to notify Sales that you’d like to switch to Pay-per-Lead.
Note: Both methods require coordination with the Sales team before activation.
Managing Your Subscription
Update Your Details

Update your profile or billing information anytime in Account Settings.

Keeping details current improves lead matching accuracy.
Cancelling Your Subscription

Contact eHub Support or the Network team.

After cancellation:

You immediately lose access to pending leads.
-
You retain access to previously matched leads for 30 days.
-
After 30 days, access changes to read-only for a limited time.

Resuming Your Subscription

Contact your eHub Sales representative or the Network team to reactivate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What happens if I don’t accept or decline a lead within 48 hours?
A: The lead will be removed from your Pending list and reassigned to another 3PL. No fee is incurred unless you purchase the lead.
Q: Can I request more leads to scale faster?
A: Leads are matched based on your profile and current demand. Updating your specialties improves matches, but the number of leads depends on merchant requests and fit. For more than three leads per month, consider upgrading to the Unlimited Subscription.
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: No. The PPL subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.
Q: Will I be charged for leads I don’t purchase?
A: No. Only purchased leads incur the $100 fee.

Q: How many 3PLs receive the same lead?
