Partially Fulfilling Orders in eHub Ship

If only part of an order is ready to ship, eHub Ship supports partial fulfillment, allowing you to send what’s available and keep the rest pending.

Steps for Partial Fulfillment

  1. Open the order

    Navigate to the order screen in eHub Ship.

  2. Adjust item quantities

    • In the QTY box next to each item, set the quantity of unavailable items to 0 or enter the amount currently available to be shipped.

  3. For single-SKU orders with partial availability

    • If the order contains only one SKU that is partially available, you can enter a decimal quantity (e.g., 0.5) to reflect the portion being fulfilled.

  4. Fulfill the order as usual

    • Proceed with generating the label and shipping the available items.

  5. What happens next

    • The unshipped portion will remain in eHub Ship as unfulfilled.

    • eHub Ship will assign the order a new designation:

      • The original is typically labeled “F-1”

      • The new shipment is labeled “F-2”, and so on for additional partials.
