Customizing Labels with Label Messages

eHub Ship allows you to add custom messages to your labels!

Configuring Label Messages

To configure label messages, navigate to Settings > Documents and select Label.

Adding Custom Text or Dynamic Fields

• You can incorporate custom messages or dynamic fields such as SKU, order number, or order date.
• Custom Text: Simply enter the desired message text directly into the label message field.
• Dynamic Text:
  1. Click on the label message field to reveal a drop-down menu.
  2. Select the desired text type from the drop-down menu.

Character Limit

Please remember that label messages are limited to a maximum of 35 characters.
