Creating Multiple Labels

This article will guide you through the steps and required information needed to generate multiple shipping labels in one batch.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select Orders

   • Use the checkboxes to select the orders you want to create labels for.

   • Tip: It’s helpful to filter or search for orders that use the same package size, type, and rate shop rules.

2. Exclude Any Unwanted SKUs

   • In the items list, click the checkbox marked “Exclude” next to any items you don’t want to ship.

   • If an order contains only excluded SKUs, it will not be fulfilled.

   • Excluded SKUs will remain in the system as partially shipped.

3. Adjust Order Details

   • Review and update package details, order weights, and rate shop rules as needed.

4. Calculate Rates

   • Click “Calculate Shipping Rates” to apply your current selections.

5. Review and Edit

   • Double-check that all package details are correct.

   • To remove an unwanted label from the batch, click the “X” next to that label.

6. Buy and Print

   • Click “Buy Labels” to complete your purchase.

   • Print your labels.
