Managing Orders in eHub Ship

The Orders Page in eHub Ship is your central hub for importing, processing, tracking, and resolving orders. With support for automation, CSV uploads, and manual entry, managing your shipments has never been easier.

1. Importing Orders

Automatically Importing from a Store

eHub integrates with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and more. Once connected, orders sync directly to the Orders Page.

  • Go to API > Settings > Stores

  • Click New Order Store and follow the prompts

  • Orders will appear under the Unfulfilled status

Importing Orders from a .CSV File

To bulk upload orders:

  1. Click the circle with a plus sign

  2. Select Import .CSV Orders

  3. Upload or drag your .CSV file

  4. Click Next

    • Use the default comma separator unless otherwise needed

    • Uncheck First Row Has Column Names if your file lacks headers

  5. Map fields to match your .CSV columns

  6. Click Import to Manual Entry

A green bar confirms your upload. Refresh the page to view orders under the Unfulfilled status.

Manually Creating an Order

For individual orders:

  1. Go to Ship > Orders

  2. Click the plus sign, then + Create Order

  3. Enter recipient details, order items, and shipping preferences

  4. Click Save Order to add it to your queue

2. Understanding Order Statuses

Each order is assigned a status to help prioritize actions:

  • Unfulfilled – Imported but not yet processed

  • Needs Review – Requires attention (e.g., missing address)

  • Ready – All set to purchase a shipping label

  • On Hold – Paused due to manual action or issue

  • Fulfilled – Label created, ready for shipment

  • Canceled – Order will not be shipped

Use the status filters on the Orders Page to take action quickly.

3. Processing Orders

When an order is in Ready status:

  1. Review shipment details

  2. Make updates (e.g., weight, dimensions) if needed

  3. Apply a Rate Shop Rule or choose your delivery preferences

  4. Click Calculate Shipping Rates

  5. Select your carrier and service level

  6. Purchase and print the label

You can print labels individually or in bulk—immediately or later.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once marked Fulfilled, each order gets a tracking number

  • Track shipments directly on the Orders Page

  • For connected stores, tracking updates are sent automatically


5. Resolving Issues

If an order is Needs Review or On Hold:

  1. Open the order

  2. Correct address issues or fill in missing info

  3. Update the shipping method if needed

  4. Save the changes

Once resolved, the order moves to Ready status automatically.
