If you're using the API portal UI, follow the steps below to void a shipment label. This method is helpful when managing shipments directly through the API interface.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the API Portal
Select API from the main navigation.
2. Go to Shipments

3. Filter by Date
Select the date range in which your shipment was created.
4. Search for the Shipment

5. View Shipment Details
Scroll to the right-hand side of the table and select Details next to the shipment you want to void.
6. Void the Shipment

7. Confirm Voiding
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to confirm and void the shipment.
