Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to eHub, then access Meter Reports
- Navigate to https://app.ehub.com/ and log in.
- Once logged in, click on Meter in the left-hand navigation bar.
- In the Meter dropdown menu, you can access two report types:
- Transaction: Displays all transactions on your meter.
- Transaction Details: Provides specific details for each individual transaction.
To View and Download the Transactions Report:
- Select Transactions under the Meter section.
- Use the date range filter to specify the data you want to view.
- Click the CSV button on the right to download the report.

- Click on Transaction Details under the Meter section.
- Use the date range filter to narrow down the report data.
- Click Search to display results.
- Click the CSV button on the right to download the report.
1. Company Selector
Displays the company for which the report is being pulled. Click the dropdown to change the company or sub-account.
2. Date Range Filter (From - To fields)
Specify the date range for the report. Adjusting these fields allows you to filter
data within a particular time frame.
3. Entries Dropdown
Select how many results you want to display per page. Options include 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries.
4. Pagination Controls
Use these controls to navigate between pages of the report. Click ‘Previous’ or ‘Next’ to move page by page.
Click this button to export and download the report as a .csv file.

Transactions Report Headers
- Meter ID: Unique identifier for the meter account.
- Created At: Date and time when the transaction was recorded.
- Amount: The monetary value of the transaction.
- Description: Brief description or reason for the transaction.
- Lookup Code: Code associated with the transaction for quick reference.
- Tracking Number: Tracking ID linked to a specific shipment, if applicable.
- Created By: Name of the user who initiated the transaction.
Transaction Details Report Headers
- Meter ID: Unique identifier for the meter.
- Meter Transaction ID: ID for each individual transaction on the meter.
- Shipment ID: Unique identifier for the shipment associated with the transaction.
- Parcel ID: Identifier for each parcel within a shipment.
- Parcel Status: Current status of the parcel in transit.
- Account Reference: Internal reference code linked to the account.
- Customer ID and Customer Name: Identifiers for the customer associated with the transaction.
- Transaction Date: Date when the transaction occurred.
- Type: Specifies the type of transaction.
- Carrier: The carrier handling the shipment.
- Tracking Number: Tracking number for the shipment.
- Origin Zip: Postal code where the shipment originated.
- Company: Company name associated with the shipment.
- First Name and Last Name: Name of the contact receiving the shipment.

- Weight: Parcel weight.
