Exporting Order Information

You can export order data from eHub Ship into a CSV file for reporting or analysis.


Steps to Export Orders

  1. Search for orders

    • Use the search bar at the top of the page to find orders by order number, customer name, or other criteria.

    • See our Order Search and Status Changes article for advanced search details.

  2. Export search results

    • Click Export Search Results to export all matching orders into a CSV file.

    Alternatively:

    • On any orders page, click the export icon to export all orders currently displayed.

    • This works even if there are more than 100 orders or before using Load More…

  3. (Optional) Include Item Detail

    • Select Include Item Detail in Export to list each order item on a separate line in the CSV.

    • This is useful for tracking individual item information.

    • When this option is selected, the following additional data points are included:

      • SKU

      • Item Name

      • Item Variant (if applicable)

      • Item Quantity

      • Item Weight

      • Item Purchase Price


CSV Export Contents

By default, the CSV export includes the following fields for each order:

  • Order Date
  • Store
  • Order Number
  • Multi-Fulfillment
  • Order Status
  • Recipient Name
  • Recipient Address
  • Order Quantity (Total number of items ordered)
  • Order Total ($ amt)
  • Shipment Status
  • Shipping Carrier
  • Shipping Service
  • Shipped Date
  • Shipping Cost
  • Tracking Number
  • Package Type
  • Package Dimensions (in)
  • Quoted Weight
  • Canceled Date (if applicable)
  • Notes

**When the Include Item Detail in Export checkbox is selected, the following additional data points are exported for each item in the order:**

  • SKU
  • Item Name
  • Item Variant (if applicable)
  • Item Quantity
  • Item Weight
  • Item Purchase Price
