eHub Ship API UI Walkthrough

Unlock powerful insights into your shipping operations with the Ship UI API Portal.

This guide walks you through how to access, navigate, and use the key features available in the UI to monitor and manage your shipping data.

How to Navigate the UI

  • Log in: Go to app.ehub.com and sign in using the credentials provided by eHub Support.

  • Access the API Portal: Click the API tab to get started on the API home screen.

Home Page

Location: API > Home

Key Features

  • Graphical Dashboards: Visualize trends in spend, packaging usage, shipping volume, and zone activity over time.

Shipping

Key Features

  • Shipments: View detailed shipment reports by time period. Filter by status, ship/creation/delivery date, invoice number, or keyword. Export as CSV.

  • Adjustments: Access reports on shipment adjustments made over a specific time period. Export as CSV.

  • Manifests: Generate manifests for shipments based on ship date. Manifests are downloadable directly from the UI.

 

Meter

Key Features

  • Transactions: Access transaction reports by date range. Export as CSV.

  • Transaction Details: View comprehensive transaction data, including parcel details. Exportable as CSV.

 

Settings

Key Features

  • Users: Quick link to manage users. Click “Go to User Settings” to update or view user details.

  • Customers: See all sub-accounts linked to your main account. You can add, edit, or switch between accounts. Click "New Customer" or the "+" icon to add accounts.

  • Stores: Review store connections with details like name, type, activity status, creator, and timestamp. Edit, reconnect, or delete stores. Add new stores with "New Order Store" or the "+" icon.
