# eHub Ship Sub-Accounts

eHub Ship Sub-Accounts make it easy to manage multiple accounts under a single profile. This guide walks you through accessing, editing, and switching between Sub-Accounts—plus managing subscriptions for each one.

#### **How to Navigate Sub-Accounts**

- **Access Sub-Accounts**: Go to **Settings \> Account \> Sub-Accounts**.

### **Key Features**

- **Active & Inactive Accounts**: Quickly toggle between Active and Inactive lists to view which accounts are currently enabled on your profile.
- **Subscription Status**: Each Sub-Account displays icons that show which eHub products are active. Hover over any icon to see more details about the subscription.
- **Editing Sub-Accounts**: Click a Sub-Account name to edit key details like **Name, Email, Website, and Address**. You can also upload a **100x100 pixel logo**—this logo appears on your shipping labels.
- **Switching Profiles**: To switch between accounts, hover over the right-hand side of the desired Sub-Account and click **Select** to move from your main profile to the selected Sub-Account.
