How to Navigate Sub-Accounts

Access Sub-Accounts: Go to Settings > Account > Sub-Accounts.

Active & Inactive Accounts: Quickly toggle between Active and Inactive lists to view which accounts are currently enabled on your profile.

Subscription Status: Each Sub-Account displays icons that show which eHub products are active. Hover over any icon to see more details about the subscription.

Editing Sub-Accounts: Click a Sub-Account name to edit key details like Name, Email, Website, and Address. You can also upload a 100x100 pixel logo—this logo appears on your shipping labels.

Switching Profiles: To switch between accounts, hover over the right-hand side of the desired Sub-Account and click Select to move from your main profile to the selected Sub-Account.
