# eHub Cash

eHub Cash is money you add before you ship. Your labels are paid from it.

**Before you start:** You need **Owner** access. Go to **Finance → Payments → Wallet**.

### **Add Money**

1. Click **Add Cash**.
2. Type how much you want to add.
3. Click **Next**.
4. Check the box to agree to the terms.
5. Click **Add Cash**.

Paying with a credit card? There's a small fee. You'll see it before you pay.

### **Turn On Auto-Reload**

Auto-reload adds money for you when your balance gets low.

1. In the eHub Cash section, click **⋮** and then **Edit**.
2. In **Auto-Reload Trigger**, type the low balance that starts a reload.
3. In **Auto-Reload Amount**, type how much to add each time.
4. Check the box to agree to the terms.
5. Click **Save**.

**Example:** Trigger $500 and Amount $2,000. When your balance drops below $500, we add $2,000.

**Tip:** Set the trigger to at least one day of shipping.

### **Good to Know**

- **Bank money takes time.** Money from a bank account takes 3–5 business days to be ready. You can't use it until then.
- **Credit card money is instant. Money from a credit card is ready right away.**
- **Bank account or credit card?** With a bank account, auto-reload waits for pending money before it reloads again. With a credit card, it can reload right away.
- **Minimum balance.** Your balance can't go below this (usually $0). If a label would take you below it, the label won't go through.
