Editing Orders in eHub Ship

You can edit orders that are in the Unfulfilled, Needs Review, Ready, or On Hold status. Follow the steps below to update order details:

Steps to Edit an Order

  1. Open the order

    • Navigate to the order you want to modify.

  2. Click “Edit Order”

    • You’ll find this button in the top right corner of the order page.

  3. Make your changes

    • You can edit:

      • Receiver information

      • Item quantity (QTY)

      • Item details

  4. Click “Save Order”

    • Once you’ve made your changes, click Save Order to apply them.
