Creating and Managing Manifests in eHub Ship

What Is an End of Day Manifest?

Also referred to simply as a Manifest or close out, this document can be generated electronically or printed for physical handover.

An End of Day Manifest is a document that consolidates all shipments processed during a single business day. It provides carriers with a verified record of the packages they’re picking up and ensures a smooth, accountable handoff process.

Why Manifests Matter

Creating a Manifest is a best practice in shipping operations. Here's why it’s important:

  • Confirms all packages are accounted for before leaving your facility
  • Serves as proof of shipment—digital or printed
