Connecting Shopify to eHub

Follow these steps to connect your Shopify store to eHub Ship:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Note: Sign out of all Shopify stores or perform the following steps in an incognito/private browsing window to ensure the correct account is connected.

  1. Log in to eHub Ship
    Visit the eHub Ship website and log in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Stores Settings
    Go to Settings > Stores in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Add a New Store
    Click the New Order Store button.

  4. Enter Store Details
    Select Shopify from the Store Type dropdown menu.
    Enter a unique name for your store.

  5. Log in to Shopify
    In a new browser tab, go to https://www.shopify.com/.
    Click Log in and sign in to your Shopify store.
  6. Copy Your Shopify Identifier
    From the URL in your browser, copy your Shopify store identifier.
    Example format: https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store-name
  7. Paste Shopify Identifier in eHub
    Switch back to the Stores • eHub tab.
    Paste your Shopify identifier into the Identifier field.
  8. Configure Inventory Updates
    Under Inventory Updates, choose:
    • Read & Write if you want eHub to track inventory
    • Off if you do not want eHub to manage inventory
  9. Set Order Update Frequency
    Select how often you’d like to receive order updates.
  10. Enable Fulfillment Notifications
    Choose whether eHub Ship should send fulfillment notifications to buyers.
  11. Set Shipment Notification Preferences
    Choose when shipment notifications should be sent (e.g., to Store or Store & Buyer).
  12. Save Settings
    Click Save & Connect to Shopify to complete the connection.
