Follow these steps to connect your Magento store to eHub Ship:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to eHub Ship
Visit app.ehub.com and log in with your credentials. - Navigate to Stores Settings
Go to Settings > Stores in the left-hand navigation menu. - Add a New Store
Click the New Order Store button. - Enter Store Details
Enter a unique name for your store.
Select Magento from the Store Type dropdown menu.
- Log in to Your Magento Store
In a new tab, go to your Magento store and log in using an admin user account. - Create a New Integration
- Click System
- Click Integrations
- Click Add New Integration
- Set Integration Details
- Enter a Name for the integration
- Scroll down and enter the admin user’s password
- Leave the Callback URL field blank
- Click Save
- Activate the Integration
- Click Activate
- Click Allow
- Copy Integration Credentials
Copy all the keys and secrets shown on the screen, then click Done. - Enter Store Information in eHub
Go back to the Stores • eHub tab.- Fill in the Base URL field with the full URL of your Magento store (including https:// and ending in .com)
- Paste the keys and secrets copied from your Magento store into the appropriate fields
- Check for Token-Based Authentication

- Set Order Update Frequency
In eHub, select how often you’d like to receive order updates. - Enable Fulfillment Notifications
Choose whether eHub Ship should send fulfillment notifications to buyers. - Set Shipment Notification Preferences
Choose when shipment notifications should be sent (e.g., to Store or Store & Buyer). - Save Settings
Click Save to complete the connection.
