Follow these steps to connect your InfoPlus store to eHub Ship:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to eHub Ship
Visit the eHub Ship website and log in with your credentials. - Navigate to Stores Settings
Go to Settings > Stores in the left-hand navigation menu. - Add a New Store
Click the New Order Store button. - Enter Store Details
Select InfoPlus from the Store Type dropdown menu.
Enter a unique name for your store. - Log in to InfoPlus
In a new browser tab, log in to InfoPlus with admin credentials. - Access User Manager
Navigate to Apps > User Manager. - Create or Locate a 3PL Admin User
Create or locate a user with:- Type: 3pl Admin
- Default Role: Administrator
- Generate API Key
Click Create API Key.
Copy the API key to your clipboard. - Paste API Key in eHub
Switch back to the Stores • eHub tab and paste the API key into the appropriate field. - Copy Your InfoPlus Domain
Locate your domain, which typically follows this format:
your-company-identifier.infopluswms.com- You can find this within your InfoPlus account.
- Paste InfoPlus Domain in eHub
Paste your InfoPlus domain into the INFOPLUS DOMAIN field in eHub. - Find Line of Business (LOB) IDs
In InfoPlus, go to Quick Search and type Line of Business.
For each line of business you want to import orders from:- Click the LOB
- Copy the LOB ID
- Paste LOB IDs in eHub
Go back to Stores • eHub and paste the LOB ID(s) into the LOB IDS field.
Separate multiple IDs with commas. - Set Order Update Frequency
In eHub, select how often you’d like to receive order updates. - Enable Fulfillment Notifications
Choose whether eHub Ship should send fulfillment notifications to buyers. - Set Shipment Notification Preferences
Choose when shipment notifications should be sent (e.g., to Store or Store & Buyer). - Save Settings
Click Save to complete the connection.
