      Connecting eBay to eHub

      Follow these steps to connect your eBay store to eHub Ship:

      Note: To avoid connecting the wrong eBay account, please sign out of all eBay accounts or perform these steps in an incognito/private browsing window.

      Step-by-Step Instructions

      1. Log in to eHub Ship
        Visit app.ehub.com and log in with your credentials.
      2. Navigate to Stores Settings
        Go to Settings > Stores in the left-hand navigation menu.
      3. Add a New Store
        Click the + New Store button.

      4. Enter Store Details
        Select eBay from the Store Type dropdown menu.
        Enter a unique name for your store.
      5. Set Order Update Frequency
        In eHub, select how often you’d like to receive order updates.
      6. Enable Fulfillment Notifications
        Choose whether eHub Ship should send fulfillment notifications to buyers.
      7. Set Shipment Notification Preferences
        Choose when shipment notifications should be sent (e.g., to Store or Store & Buyer).

      8. Sign into eBay
        You will be prompted to sign into your eBay account to complete the connection.
