Connecting BigCommerce to eHub

Follow these steps to connect your BigCommerce store to eHub Ship:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to eHub Ship
    Visit the eHub Ship website and log in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Stores Settings
    Go to Settings > Stores in the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Add a New Store
    Click the New Order Store button.

  4. Enter Store Details
    Enter a unique name for your store.
    Select BigCommerce from the Store Type dropdown menu.

  5. Log in to BigCommerce
    Open a new tab and log in to your BigCommerce store using admin credentials.
  6. Go to Store-Level API Accounts
    Navigate to Settings > Store-Level API Accounts. 3 - Saileen Walker
  7. Create a New API Account
    Click Create API Account.

  8. Fill Out API Account Details
    Fill in the Name field.
    Copy the API Path to your clipboard.

  9. Paste API Path in eHub
    Switch back to eHub and paste the API path into the URL field.

  10. Set BigCommerce API Permissions
    In BigCommerce, set the following permissions:
      • Customers: Read-only
      • Orders: Modify
      • Order Transactions: Read-only
      • Products: Modify
      • Store Locations: Read-only
      • Store Inventory: Modify
      • Fulfillment Methods: Read-only
      • Order Fulfillment: Modify
      • Click Save
  11. Paste Client ID in eHub
    Copy the Client ID from BigCommerce and paste it in the Client ID field in eHub.
  12. Paste Client Secret in eHub
    Copy the Client Secret and paste it in the Client Secret field in eHub.
  13. Paste Access Token in eHub
    Copy the Access Token and paste it in the Access Token field in eHub.

  14. Set Order Update Frequency
    In eHub, select how often you’d like to receive order updates.
  15. Enable Fulfillment Notifications
    Choose whether eHub Ship should send fulfillment notifications to buyers.
  16. Set Shipment Notification Preferences
    Choose when shipment notifications should be sent (e.g., to Store or Store & Buyer).
  17. Save Settings
    Click Save to complete the connection.
